Algarrobina

Ingredients:

2 oz of Pisco Quebranta Gran Capital

1 oz Algarrobina

3 oz Evaporated milk

1 Yolk

1 oz Simple Syrup

4 Ice cubes

Ground cinnamon (Decoration)

Preparation:

First we blend all the ingredients except the algarrobina, we open the lid during blending and add the algarrobina until it takes a uniform point with a light foam and to finish we decorate with a little ground cinnamon.

TIP: If you like to experiment you can change the simple syrup and evaporated milk for cocoa cream or condensed milk to sweeten. Also you can use a whole egg in this recipe.
